Most of us have at one time or another heard the phrase ” make sure you eat everything on your plate”. Well I ran across these blogs by Alice K. Thompson – Whole Foods Market and thought them worthy of resharing. Alice shares creative ways of using those bits of food that are left over after you’ve used all the so called good parts.  Some of these uses may even be better than the good parts.
